TMI Salt Pure Corp
Dear Timothy and Michele:
I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I enjoy,
appreciate and count on your professionalism, customer service
attitude and the quality of products you select & support.
First, I purchased a fiberglass pool around 1985. Moreover, I
have really struggled with the overall maintenance associated
(money and time) with the actual equipment and the pool itself.
Owning and operating a swimming pool and equipment is really time
consuming and more expensive than one believes when first purchasing.
After hiring 2 different 'local' pool maintenance providers over
the last 13 years and spending (on average) annually of -$350
for chemicals additives, - $1000 for 'technician' support and
somewhere between -$110 & $200 dollars for heater / filter
maintenance, I was ready to call the local topsoil dealer and
have it filled!
Then I read an add, about a SaltPure System and a company called
TMI. So, I filled out the questionnaire and sent it back to TMI
asking for more information. The experience from that point to
date has been one of the most pleasurable of my lifc! Not only
did I receive answers to all the questions I had about the product,
but I also received 'references' (names of folks who would personally
allow me to test their pool where this product was installed).
How refreshing! The professional salesmanship was surprising to
me. People with the same pool product. the new 'salt pure' solution
and willing to demo the product. GREAT! I looked, researched and
did a cost benefit' analysis. Based on my current level of expenditures
to operate my pool annually, (-$1460 - $1550) and what the new
unit would cost.my return on investment should be 1 year, IF the
product did what advertised (This would be cheaper than topsoil)
To mv complete and total amazement, the return on mv investment
was in fact one year!! Not only did the 'salt pure' solution reduce
my overall costs. but for the FIRST time in the ownership of the
pool, I AM CONFIDENT THAT I CAN MAINTAINTHEPOOL!! The only extra
support required is for the heater cleaning, one time each year
- $100. That is a nit compared to before ! However, every time
I look out the window to the pool, the water sparkles, tile water
level line is 'grunge free', and I feel a sense of enjoyment NOT
frustration with level of maintenance required to achieve this
look! I'm not hesitant to use or be around the pool, but rather
anxious to play in it!
Whenever the need has arisen to call TMI, regarding product upgrades,
questions about the unit or just general purpose questions'. the
Customer Support has been better than EXCELLENT! So courteous,
helpful and patient. One would think they could 'patent' and 'teach'
this to other industry sectors!! This is what Customer Service
and Support should look and feel like!!
So, from my neighborhood of kids to TMI we all want to say; THANKS
for everything you have done and will continue to do in the future!
