   This letter is to inform you of our satisfaction with our new "salt pure pool". This is a great advancement in the swimming pool sanitation industry. When I acquired the job as manager of the Club, I also acquired the job as pool manager. I found out that an indoor 80,000 gallon pool requires a lot of attention and time. At that time , the pool was being sanitized by gas chlorine. I soon recognized the legal problems with liability with such a system as well as the inherent problems of chlorine. I then changed to a tablet trichlor feeder system. This took out the liability factors but did nothing for the itchy skin, red eyes and other problems associated with chlorine. I was talked into an addition to the system of ionization. This did eliminate the amount of chlorine that I had to use but did not solve the irritations by much. I was also frustrated by a new problem of always fighting the cynauric acid build up, in the water as it is the binder in the tablets. After much frustration, I decided to change from trichlor to bromine. In the beginning, I thought I had solved my problems. It didn't take long before the irritation problem had returned and I was receiving numerous complaints and had several regular members quitting. I began researching other alternatives. I had received a mailing from T.M.I. and requested information and a bid. I then sat on that information for a year while trying to defeat my pool problems through other means. I have always been a skeptic when it comes to things that sound to good to be true. I finally got to the place where I was receiving a bad reputation from the local health practitioners because of the numerous people who were reporting skin rashes as well as from word of mouth from people in the community. I knew I had to do something and now! I started my research again. I remembered the information I had received over a year previous and decided to investigate. I made arrangements with Timothy to fly out to Seattle and he graciously escorted me from location to location to see this equipment at work. I talked to the pool operators as well as the people that were swimming in the pools at that time. I also began calling the references enclosed in the information packet. I called a lot! I received almost a unanimous reply from everyone. "Don't just think about changing, just change!" This is now my advice to anyone else. Since making the change, I have invited all my former members who had quit, back for 1 mouth of free swimming. I have had a 100% return and rejoin rate. I now have people telling me how much they love the pool. Other people that have been unable to swim in a pool are now back in the water. The local health practitioners are now referring people to my club for swimming and therapy. My memberships are on a steady incline. My water is sparkling clear and safe and enjoyable. My costs for the system is not an issue as it has reduced my pool supply costs by 90%. The savings are reimbursing us at a very fast rate. My pool maintenance time has also been reduced by at least 75%. I can now get other things done instead of tending the pool. The service that I receive from Timothy is next to none. If I needed anything, he was available and never seemed put out with my numerous calls. I wish all my business contacts would service me as well. I would be happy to discuss the system with anyone at any time. I can whole heartedly endorse the salt pure system. What a great invention!
