Dear Timothy,

You know who I am but others who might be reading this letter will not, so I will start with this introduction. I am the engineer of Seattle Heights, a 26 story condominium in Belltown near the Seattle Center. There are 230 units here, many of which are priced above a quarter million dollars. Suffice it to say, certain standards are expected by our residents in all of our common areas which include an indoor lap pool (I 3,500 gal.) and a spa (650 gal.).

When I first started working at Seattle Heights in September '96 we accomplished pool spa sanitation with hand fed erosion feeders using Tri-chlor tablets. Chlorine levels were extremely difficult to maintain. There was no way to adjust for the occasional Saturday birthday party where 20 kids would be in the water, unless, we made overfeeding chlorine standard practice. Clearly we needed an alternative. Gas or liquid chlorine were not considered options from a safety stand point, since our pool mechanical room is located right next to occupied condominium units on the sixth floor of our building. In our search for an alternative we met you and the rest is history so to speak.

We have had the Acu-Trol controlled ClorMatic system in place here since Feb. '99. Although I've been remiss in saying until now how much this system has made my work easier and virtually worry free. Our pool is consistently crystal clear day in and day out. We did run into a few bugs at startup which you promptly responded to and rectified. I have been very satisfied with the service you have provided and would be more than happy to have you give my phone number to any prospective client.

Sincerely,

Signature on file
