Box 1182 San Luis Obispo CA. 93406 Dear Charles, Just to let you know, the Homeowner's Association and residents are thrilled with the pool now that we have the ClorMatic installed. The thing that impressed them the most is just the quality of the water. Sparkling like never before and never a hint of odor. Plus, they think ifs softer and doesn't cause red eyes and itchv skin after drying off in sun. The thing that impresses me the most is the almost complete lack of maintenance. No shocking is the big advantage over our old "not-so-automatic" clorinator. Plus, I haven't had to adjust pH since the unit was installed several months ago. And, salinity has not changed since set - it was surprising to me that we had almost enough salinity in the pool from the chlorine we had been using to start the system. As you know, we have a Del ozone on our spa. But, we want to put a ClorMatic on it as well. Spa gets heavy use and ozone alone can't keep up. Thanks for introducing us to an economical and easy way to care for our water features.
