11-19-99 I'm writing this letter to compliment you on your Clormatic Salt Pure system we installed at our Wrangell Swimming Pool approximately 6 months ago. We have had nothing but compliments from the swimmers since we installed the system. The compliments range from no more burning red eyes to better skin and swimsuits that last longer. I have not talked to one person who can say anything bad about the system. As the person responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the swimming pool I can honestly say you have made my job easier. The new Acu-trol programmable controller is great. I can monitor the swimming pool ORP, PH and water temperature at home from my computer. I can even calibrate the controller from home if I choose. I was most impressed during the installation and start up process. We live on a small island in Southeast Alaska and sometimes have a hard time communicating with the lower 48. Timothy Petsch was constantly in touch with me, every day for about three weeks, until we were running smoothly. Once again thanks for the great system. Feel free to use me as a reference.
