To Whom It May Concern: The Haines Swimming Pool now has a new sanitization system- the ClorMatic Salt System. It is providing many tremendous benefits; the water is much nicer; skin doesn't itch; eyes don't burn; no more chlorine smell; it's healthier; there's no more storage of hazardous chlorine; pool attendance has increased; and it is saving money. I am completely satisfied with the ClorMatic system. It is so much simpler. I recommend it to any existing pools and would advise that the ClorMatic be installed on new pools as well. The Haines pool used to use granular Calcium Hypochlorite. It was a constant struggle to keep CL levels up and handling the hazardous pool chemicals was a problem. Of all the different ways of sanitizing (CL granular, liquid, gas, pellets; Ozone, Bromine, etc.) the ClorMatic is the safest, easiest, most economical, and creates the BEST FEELING WATER. Here are a few comments from patrons using the Haines Pool with the newly installed ClorMatic system: "The new ClorMatic system in the pool is fantastic. This is now a wonderful place to swim.
