TMI Consulting Services
TMI provides consulting services from the design phase of building a commercial pool to it’s ongoing daily operations. We focus on sustainable and energy reducing products and water chemistry training with the goal of producing a sparkling clear natural body of water that functions efficiently and effectively, and is easy to manage.
As the first company to successfully integrate commercial chlorine generators with chemistry controllers in the commercial arena, we were soon called on to offer advice to numerous architects, engineers and club owners to advise them how to integrate the TMI Salt Pure® system into the mechanical operations of their pool complexes. While working on these projects, we found that the attention to detail in the layout and daily operations of many of the mechanical rooms were severely lacking and were left up to pool builders discretion (or that of their plumbers) to randomly decide where to locate equipment.
Traditionally, the role of the operator is not considered in the design phase leading to an ongoing level of frustration by the operator who ultimately is left with the difficult task of trying to make a badly built pool run efficiently and produce good quality water – not an easy task under those circumstances. To add to this potential frustration, the pool builder will usually provide one short training session, concentrating primarily on the circulation equipment, before moving off to the next job. Very little, if any, ongoing training on the chemistry controller or water chemistry is provided; leaving the operator to “figure things out for themselves”.
We collaborate with selected industry professionals and work closely with the owner and facility operator, architect and pool builder to ensure that your Aquatic Facility is profitable and popular. Our collaborative consulting process is designed to streamline your design/build process thereby ensuring effective and efficient function and a sparkling pure and therapeutic aquatic environment. We offer on-site training, virtual training sessions, and daily support as a standard for the first 30 days after installation start up. Thereafter, we offer support on an on-going basis as required.
