The Courthouse Athletic Clubs of Salem, Oregon are continuing to make the conversion from liquid chlorine to the Salt Pure® system. With a current total of nine pools/spas we have already converted 5 of the pools/spas, with plans to convert the others in the near future. Along with our current facilities we are also installing the Salt Pure® system in all three of our pools at our newest location opening in the fall of 2001.

 

One of the main reasons we decided to make the switch was the chemical expense of running our pools. While chlorine is a rather inexpensive chemical, salt is even more inexpensive. One of our clubs switched just the spa that was using a hydrogen peroxide/ultraviolet light system and in the first year more than paid for the conversion. Not only did the conversion pay for itself quickly we have had nothing but compliments about how nice and smooth the water feels. Our members that visit one of our clubs that has the new system and then go to one that isn't converted yet are always asking, 'I/Vhen are you going to change to that new system?".

 

 

The Salt Pure® system has saved us money, has made our members happier, and what I feel is one of the best things is their responsiveness to my questions. If the staff at TMI Salt Pure® Corporation can't take care of something over the phone then they send, someone to our facility to see what is going on. Not only do I recommend Salt Pure® for your pools/spas, I am putting it in our newest facility because it is the best system I have come across.
