Dear Mr. Petsch:

A year has nearly passed since we installed our Salt Pure chlorine generating system at our San Bruno site. #1.) The past winter season was by far the best ever regarding skin irritation for teachers. Our staff reported skin problems only on two occasions that were due to probes that were unrelated to your product. As you know, the skin factor was my prime motivation in purchasing your product.

Other benefits observed due to TMI Salt Pure include: 2.) Chlorine costs and acid usage

both have declined; 3.) Eye irritation is down; and 4.) Pool clarity has improved.

 

Maintenance of the system has been handled by our pool service at a minimal cost. The backup device you recommended we purchase came in handy and allowed us to keep our system up and running on a daily basis. A replacement was promptly shipped to us.

 

We did have to install an upgraded chemical control system with salt water compatible probes, readings and processes.

 

La Petite Baleen in San Bruno has an extremely high bather load with 3400 children in lessons weekly plus teachers and about 1000 caregivers. Our indoor pool is 90 degrees and only 34,000 gallons. Your sizing recommendation was just right for our needs since we have used less than 2 gallons of chlorine in the past year for normal use.
