This letter is in reference to our recent pool upgrade to a Clormatic salt-based system, installed by TMI in May 1998. Mirrormont Country Club has an outdoor pool with a capacity of 50,000 gallons. It is used during the summer months by a membership of approximately 1 00 families. It is managed and maintained by a volunteer club member.

In response to member queries concerning the chlorine level in our pool, we researched alternatives to our existing liquid chlorine system. We wanted to ensure our water was very pure, yet gentle enough not to irritate the eyes or skin of our members. After reviewing six other companies, we chose TMI to install their Clormatic pool purification system.

The response to the new system has been tremendous. Some of the members who have very sensitive skin are able to swim in the pool for the first time in years. The water is so pure that every member of the family can swim without chlorine irritations.

Maintenance of the pool has changed from a time consuming chore, to a very easy process. We installed an Acutrol mini-computer to continuously monitor both the chlorine and pH levels of the pool. This system makes adjustments as required and keeps the water purity at optimum levels. Because the system automatically adjusts the chorine level in the pool, there is no more need to manually add chemicals. This has greatly reduced the time required to maintain water purity.

I strongly recommend this system to any pool owner looking for a system that delivers clean and gentle pool water with minimum maintenance.
