Dear Timothy,

"The water looks so inviting...it's so clear, it sparkles...  The chemicals are balanced...and, I would enjoy swimming in this pool."   The aforementioned comments were from the Seattle & King County Public Health and Environmental Investigator when she inspected the condominium swimming pool less than an hour ago, and I wanted to share her lavish compliments with you.

Timothy, it has been a little over three years since the Board of Directors engaged TMI Salt Pure Corporation to update the Associations' swimming pool and we remain very pleased with the TMI Salt Pure system, as well as the technical support we have received from your company subsequent to the installation.

It is interesting to note that our senior residents usage of the pool has increased dramatically; and I have received many comments that it was the consistent clarity and feel of the water that enticed tham back into the swimming pool.

Please convey my appreciation to your staff for the excellent customer service which we have enjoyed.
