I know this letter is long overdue, but I wanted to THANK YOU for changing our community's lives and attitudes about swimming pools. Swimming is FUN once again! We've had the TMI Salt Pure® System for almost 2 years (February 28, 1999) and is unanimously considered the “City's Best Investment”.

Before the TMI System, our facility was using Sodium Hypochlorite (liquid chlorine). Patrons would complain daily about the “chlorine smell” on their skin and in the air while they were swimming. But now, the responses are ones of “no irritation to the eyes”, “no chlorine smell on the skin or hair”, and “no respiratory effects while swimming”. For these reasons, there has been a 58% increase in pool participation just in the first year of operation.

Also, since the installation of the Salt Pure® system, the water chemistry is much easier to balance and maintain. All I have to add is salt, not some hazardous material, to sanitize the pool water. The pH is also much easier to balance; instead of using 2 bottles of CO2 every month, I now only use 1 bottle every 2-3 months.

Finally, though there have been problems with the system, you always guarantee a solution via phone or email with in a few hours. You also take time to research, order and ship products that are difficult or obsolete to find in Alaska . This is truly the epitome of “Customer Service”. I am privileged and honored to endorse such a fantastic product. THANK YOU!
