Dear Tim:

 

Doug Owens, our Aquatic Director and myself reviewed the operation of the Salt Pure®

unit we put into service and came up with the following results:

A. The unit was put on line in March of 1998.
B. As of this date we have met all PA requirements and have not failed any mandatory water tests.
C. We do not get anymore complaints about the pool smelling like a pool.
D. We are saving man-hours on maintenance with this system compared to when we were using the liquid chlorine system.
E. We do not need to order liquid chlorine every month and our staff does not have to worry about chemicals spilling on them or destroying their clothes.
F. The cost saving you projected is just about on line.

The next time you are coming into my area, contact me and we want to talk about installing another unit in the other pool.
