Dear Timothy,

Just a note to let you know what a positive effect our salt pool has had on our membership, and how much I appreciate the superb customer service we have gotten from TMI.

Our members comment continually on the way the water feels and how much more they enjoy the water. We have many people using our pool now that were not able to before because of the harshness of the pool chemicals. From a membership standpoint, this system has done everything you said it would.

You were also right about the decrease in maintenance both in terms of chemical usage / cost, and time. We have cut back on all the extra pool chemicals since installing our salt system enhancing our member's enjoyment of our pool dramatically. We use only balancing chemicals and the amounts we need are remarkably low. The Salt Pure® system tells us what we need to know about servicing it and when to add salt. It is very easy to adjust our chlorine production and in most cases we have been able to shock our pool using the Salt Pure® system alone.

Lastly, and most important to me, is the customer service we have received from TMI as we learned how to let go of traditional pool maintenance procedures and trust the simplicity of the Salt Pure® system. You have been outstanding and it is that service combined with the great benefits to membership and maintenance that has me not only recommending this system, but urging other pools to look at it very closely. Change can be a very scary thing, but our leap of faith has paid off in every way that you said it would. It is easy to see that salt systems are the future for pool sanitation.

Thank you so much for your diligence in educating us about the benefits of the system your unfailing support as we struggled with learning a "better way," and your continued support as we perfect our use of the system.
