With seven locations around the state of Virginia, American Family Fitness is one of the leading health chains in that region. In late 1999, Bill Priest, Facilities Director for the then 3-club chain, contacted us at TMI. He had purchased some small chlorinators for his spas from a local dealer and couldn't get them to function properly. His question at the time, was "tell me why I should keep this thing on my spa."
