As for my own experience with your product, you already know that I am satisfied.

I was at first skeptical, and debated whether the investment was worth it given my age, that of my pool, and how many more years that I am apt to use it. However, after contacting the references which you supplied, I decided to gamble. I am glad that I did.

The system has been in for nearly four months now, and the pool is consistently cleaner than it has ever been. Also, no more remembering to put in chlorine, and no green hair. What is one of my biggest delights is that all the black algae has disappeared, as have the persistent pockets of green algae in the corners of the steps, around the underwater pool light, and beneath the ladder steps.

As you and Tim mentioned, no pool is trouble free. However, The combination of the salt water system with my Kreepy Krauley automatic cleaner comes as close as one is likely to get.
