APRIL 1996 Re: Swimming
Pool Equipment Upgrade and Salt Pureâ Installation We would
like to thank you for installing the Salt System in our pool and upgrading
some of our pool equipment. As you know, we work with autistic children and
children with other such challenges. Many of
our children are chemically sensitive to an extreme degree. Prior to
installing your salt system, we added chlorine to sanitize the water and
found that each time our children swam, we would witness an increase in
behavioral problems. As a result, we had to limit length of time in the water
and were never sure that swimming was offering our children the kind of
therapeutic effect we were seeking. The
changes you have made to the swimming pool environment have been really
beneficial to the children. Today, our children are able to tolerate swimming
in the pool a lot longer and we no longer notice a negative effect on their
resulting behavior. Additionally, the other children who don't have
problems (such as my own) comment on the fact that it is much more
pleasurable swimming in a Salt Pureâ pool and no longer have discomfort with
their eyes and skin after swimming for a length of time. In short, we are all
enjoying the pool a lot more since your installation. The work you
did on our pool equipment is fine and everything is in good working order.
You took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and explain how it
worked. It is really refreshing to come across a company who cares to such
a degree about their customers' satisfaction. You have always responded
quickly and politely to every situation. This type of approach to business is
